The Alternate Arm Extension allows you to train triceps muscles in a specifical and isolated way. The wide freedom of movement allowed by the levers and the CAM that guarantee a natural adaptation of the load, offer the user an effective and complete training workout. The independent levers allow to work in a mono and bilateral way ensuring uniform stimuli to the affected muscles.
