The Gluteus Machine is a “Must-Have” that allows you to train the main muscles of the Gluteus with particular focus on the muscle bundles of the Grande Glute and the Glute Medio. The Gluteus Machine reproduces the monolateral extension of the femur on the pelvis by stimulating, in addition to the glutes, the hamstrings as hip extenders. The height adjustable footrest allows a stable and safe base adaptable to users of any height. You can also adjust the Range of Motion starting angle to meet the needs and physiology of any user.
