Horizontal Adjustable leg press
The Horizontal Leg Press allows you to train all the lower limb muscles in a complete and synergical way in the same movement. The main muscles involved are those of the quadriceps such as vast medial, vast lateral, vast intermediate and rectal femur, large gluteus, hamstrings, and calf muscles such as gastrocnemius and soleus. The presence of the shoulder rests (only in the machine with optional adjustable trolley and lowered backrest) and the possibility of adjusting the seat in depth, allow total comfort during the movement. In addition, it is possible to adjust (OPTIONAL) – (PATENTED) the seat trolley in two positions:
- Horizontal where the glutes and hamstrings are most exercised.
- Vertical where quadriceps are predominantly exercised.
