The Monolith Lat Pulldown offers the opportunity to train your back muscles such as (great dorsal, large round, medium and lower trapezius, rhomboid. Other muscles involved are the large pectoralis and biceps. The machine has the standard pull bar by which the users can make the two grips, prone and supine at different widths; with the accessories sold separately you add the neutral, narrow, and wide grips. The magnetic pin for choosing the load makes it safe and stable to use.
