The Peck back is a machine that allows you to train, Grand Pectoralis, both the back deltoid. Thanks to the possibility of easily varying the starting angle in the configuration for the chest you can choose the range of movement that, combined with the CAM that ensures a natural adaptation of the load, promoting an effective training stimulus to all the muscles involved in the technical gesture.
