Standing total arms
The Standing Total Arms allows you to focus your training on all your arm muscles. The machine can reproduce both the curling movement to stimulate the biceps, and the push down movement to stimulate the triceps. The Standing Total Arms allows the user to train the arms in Super Set, ensured by the Smart Switch system by which you can quickly and accurately interchange the rotating system of the operating arm.
