The Vertical Chest Press Circular is essential for those who want to train the pectoral muscles effectively and completely. Thanks to the circular movement of the load levers, the machine allows the user to make wide and complete movements that stimulate all the bundles of the grand pectoralis with focus on the sternum ribs. The triceps and anterior bundles of deltoids are also involved in the movement. Multiple handles allow a prone or neutral grip, to stress the muscles involved in the exercise under different angles and to give thickness and completeness to muscle development. Independent levers allow you to train in a mono and bilateral way. The presence of the preload lever facilitates movement in its initial phase allowing the user to train even with high loads.
