The Peck Back allows with a single machine to train the adductor muscles (pectoralis major) and abductors (back deltoid) of the shoulder performing single joint movements on the transverse plane in sitting position. The CAM ensures a natural adaptation of the load generating an optimal tension over the entire arc of movement.
