The Rowing Machine, thanks to the converging trajectory on the sagittal plane, allows you to effectively train the muscles that give thickness to the upper and central part of the back such as trapezium, rhomboid and rear deltoid, with the help of large dorsal and large round. The independent levers offer the possibility of mono and bilateral workouts to achieve a uniform and symmetrical development; the central support handle offers a stable support base during the performance of the monolateral exercise. The handles allow a prone or semi-prone grip at 45°.
