The Vertical Chest Press Convergent thanks to the downward converging trajectory on the sagittal plane allows to effectively train the sternal and abdominal bundles of the pectoral with the involvement of the front deltoid head and triceps. The independent levers allow mono and bilateral workouts that ensure a uniform and symmetrical development. Multiple handles allow a prone or neutral grip to vary the training of the muscle involved.
