The Total Core Crunch Machine provides a complete and effective workout of the entire abdominal musculature; The unique motion selection system allows you to diversify the training stimuli by being able to choose between: upper torso flexion only, lower torso flexion only with pelvis and leg lifts, simultaneous and complete flexion of both ends of the core.
