The Life Fitness Signature Series Leg Extension is a great machine for developing your quad muscles. The 100 degree angle between the seat and back pad allows for full quadricep contraction. This machine is also designed so that all adjustments are accessible from a seated position. This leg extension is one of a series of great Life Fitness Signature Selectorized units.
