Multi Hip allows you to train the main thigh muscles by performing mono-articular and unilateral abduction/ adduction movements on the frontal plane and flexion/ extension on the sagittal plane at the hip. The height-adjustable platform guarantees a complete adaptability of the machine to any physiological type of user, while the large support handles ensure a stable support base during the execution of the movement.
