Whether a split, single leg, or traditional squat, the GENESIS Squat boasts unique features to help ensure proper form without sacrificing resistance for a robust workout. Curved platform is textured for secure foot placement. Backpad is adjustable to fit and counterweighted for easy positioning. Contoured shoulder pads swivel for comfort.
