ABMAT CHEST UP PAD
Co-developed with AbMat by powerlifting athlete/coach Bonnie Schroeder, the Chest Up Pad is a new innovation designed to help any athlete who experiences discomfort or sensitivity during chest supported exercises.
The AbMat Chest Up Pad is manufactured in the USA, and features an internal layer of soft foam and two layers of firm foam, all inside a moisture-resistant vinyl cover. The pad attaches to your existing bench via stretchy hook-and-loop straps, and it stays in place thanks to a grippy material on its underside. Aligned with the abs, the pad effectively takes pressure off the chest when doing chest-supported dumbbell rows and various other movements.
Small enough to fit into a gym bag, the Chest Up Pad can be of great benefit to both women and men . . . anyone who experiences chest sensitivity when training.
