The Atlantis Precision Seated Side/Rear Deltoid Selectorized (Model E157) is a commercial-grade pin-loaded gym machine designed to isolate and build shoulder muscles.
Key Features
Tapered Sternum Pad: Adjusts to change your body position and shift focus across the deltoid muscle fibers.
Independent Lever Arms: Move separately to allow for balanced, unilateral (single-arm) training.
Counterbalanced Arms: Create a very low starting resistance so the movement starts smoothly without a sudden jolt at the bottom.
Rear Delt Versatility: The chest support pad can be flipped upwards to create a horizontal surface, letting you lean over to target the rear deltoids.

Orders under 150lbs total weight will be shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS.
