The HERO Adjustable Plate Loaded DY Row is commercial gym equipment designed for serious back and upper-body strength training. This plate loaded row machine provides a controlled and natural rowing movement that targets the lats, rhomboids, traps, rear delts, and upper back.
Built for commercial gyms, bodybuilding facilities, strength and conditioning centers, performance facilities, and serious home gyms, the HERO DY Row combines heavy-duty construction with adjustable positioning and independent arm movement. Its design allows users to maintain a stable training position while focusing on controlled repetitions and progressive resistance.
Adjustable Plate Loaded Back Machine
The HERO DY Row features a 7-position adjustable seat, allowing users of different sizes to establish a comfortable and effective training position. The seat moves on linear bearings for smooth adjustment and consistent positioning.
Its independent arms move through a converging and diverging path, creating a natural rowing motion while allowing each side of the body to move independently. This makes the HERO an effective addition to a commercial strength equipment lineup and a dedicated back training area.

Built for Strength Training
The HERO Adjustable Plate Loaded DY Row is designed for progressive strength and muscle development. Users can increase resistance with weight plates as their strength improves, making it suitable for both high-volume bodybuilding workouts and structured strength training programs.
The rowing movement primarily trains the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, trapezius, rear deltoids, and other upper-back muscles, while the biceps and forearms assist during the pulling movement.
For commercial fitness facilities, the HERO DY Row provides dedicated back training equipment that complements a complete selection of plate loaded machines, strength machines, racks, benches, and other commercial gym equipment.
