Swiveling pulleys and cable-based design gives users the freedom to move through their full range of motion. Arm straps move independently for unrestricted oblique and rotational movements and are padded for comfort under even heavy loads. The GENESIS™ Abdominal's simple, standing design provides nearly unlimited options for multi-planar core work.
FEATURES
Cable length allows for full flexion and extension. Single arm: 76 in / 193 cm, two arms: 38 in / 96.5 cm.
Handles move independently for single and alternating side exercises.
The weight stack is enclosed to limit access to moving parts for safety.
Constructed with 11- and 7-gauge steel and electrostatically powder-coated, this machine is built to stand up to the rigors of the weight room.
Large, 16-gauge, stainless steel kick plates protect the machine from wear and tear.
