Combining two exercises in one machine allows the user to superset different exercises and move through quick transitions for metabolic training. Facility owners can optimize their workout space with the GENESIS DS™ Abdominal/Biceps' compact footprint. It is constructed with 11- and 7-gauge steel and has a powder-coated finish for extreme durability. Adjustable lumbar pad and backpad are cushioned for comfort.
FEATURES
Cable length allows for full flexion and extension. Single arm: 76 in / 193 cm, two arms: 38 in / 96.5 cm.
Handles move independently for single and alternating side exercises.
The weight stacks are enclosed to limit access to moving parts for safety.
Constructed with 11- and 7-gauge steel and electrostatically powder-coated, this machine is built to stand up to the rigors of the weight room.
Large, 16-gauge, stainless steel kick plates protect the machine from wear and tear.
