USB Feature
The USB allows you to customize workouts, save personal preferences, track workouts and view your progress from any Intenza cardio machine. When a USB is detected, you can customize name, display unit, age, gender, weight and buzzer sounds. This smart machine will automatically prioritize customized user preferences when USB inserted.
2 Ways to Monitor Cardio Output
The InZone TM heart rate monitoring works through Intenza's uni-dial to display target heart rates in visual, color coded lights allowing exercisers to adjust their intensity accordingly. Heart rate is monitored in 2 ways:
- Telemetry heart rate monitoring system allows exercisers using polar or polar compatible chest belts to interact with the console.
- Hand held contact sensors.
