Panatta 3D Adbductor
The 3d Abductor is a machine that can simultaneously reproduce the abduction, extension and extra-rotation movements of the hip, indulging the main functions of the posterior bundles of the gluteus medius muscle. Compared with classic Abductor Machines, where there is only abduction in the transverse plane, the extension and extra-rotation components introduced by the 3D Abductor allow for a balance of the training stimulus between the main muscle groups involved in the movement, particularly between the tensor fasciae latae and the gluteus medius.
