Ideal for optimal isolation of the elbow flexor muscles such as biceps brachii, brachialis and brachioradialis; the working position with the shoulder flexed at 90° places the biceps brachii in partial shortening, while the brachialis can fully express its potential.

Features
The two exercise arms are equipped with CAMs that modulate the resistance profile, following a bell-shaped curve that reflects the actual and physiological strength profile of the muscles involved. The chain-driven system allows for safe use of loads up to 120 kg. Each user can find their ideal working position thanks to the height-adjustable seat and the articulated, rotating handles. The latter allow for a supinated or semi-supinated grip: the former ensures greater biceps brachii contraction, while the latter is less stressful on the elbow joint.
