Designed for excellent isolation of the quadriceps femoris muscles responsible for knee extension, with targeted activation of the three vastus muscles (medialis, intermedius, and lateralis), which work through a range of motion starting from optimal pre-stretch to full contraction.

Features
The exercise arm with central chain drive eliminates potential torsional effects that can occur with heavier loads, while also providing useful inner support for the knees. The CAM system ensures a natural load adaptation, following a bell-shaped curve that mirrors the actual and physiological strength profile of the muscles involved. The chain transmission allows for safe use of weights up to 120 kg. Each user can find their ideal working position thanks to the depth-adjustable backrest (with gas-assisted support) and the adjustable thrust rollers.
