Vertical Pek Dek
The horizontal push movement of the Vertical Pek Dek promotes full development of the pectoralis major, effectively activating all its parts (clavicular, sternal, and abdominal); the movement also engages the deltoids, especially the anterior head, and the triceps brachii which complete elbow extension.

Features
The machine is equipped with a CAM that generates a constantly ascending resistance curve throughout the range of motion (ROM), in line with the actual pushing capacity of the upper limbs. The load is transmitted via a chain drive system, allowing for safe use of weights up to 150 kg. The easy-access lever is uniquely connected to the exercise arms and follows their movement throughout the ROM. This not only facilitates user positioning and the initial phase of the set, but also becomes an active and essential component for performing forced or negative (eccentric) repetitions. Standard features of the machine include a gas-assisted adjustable seat height and multiple handles for both pronated and neutral grips.
