Super Lunge Machine: Guided Lunges for Glutes & Quads
The Super Lunge Machine is a professional isotonic machine designed for performing lunges, in the alternating backward variant. Thanks to the guided trajectory, it eliminates the dispersion of energy related to maintaining balance and stabilizing the gesture, allowing the athlete to focus neuromuscular focus exclusively on the target muscles: glutes, quadriceps and adductors. The kinematics of the movement are designed to naturally reproduce the motor pattern of the lunge, maintaining a correct alignment between the hip, knee and ankle throughout the Range of Motion. The sliding rear platform on inclined straight guides accompanies the gesture in a fluid and controlled way, promoting effective hip extension and high activation of the gluteal-femoral compartment. The physiological load curve with lever system guarantees a delivery of resistance consistent with the ability of the target muscles to express force, maintaining optimal tension both in the concentric and eccentric phases. The spring counterbalance reduces the curb weight of the thrust unit, improving the management of the initial load and making the machine suitable for both advanced athletes and functional reconditioning and athletic training programs.
