The R1 Sled Tread is a non-motorized, self-powered treadmill with a fixed 11% incline capable of supporting up to 330 lbs. of user weight. Unlike motorized treadmills, the R1C is dependent on user-generated power to move the belt which increases energy expenditure and caloric burn. This treadmill is perfect for sports performance, High Intensity Interval Training, general fitness, or rehabilitation. 7 levels of magnetic tension paired with our unique, “Air Flow Resistance” system offer tension levels that facilitate a variety of training activities. The large 24 x 62 inch running surface provides a safe and effective training platform for athletes of any skill level. Push bars at varying heights allow for multiple power driving positions. Full length handrails and wide step rails make for safe mounting and dismounting. The R1C comes standard with a Farmer’s Carry attachment to increase its versatility and ratchet up intensity. Olympic weight plates can be added to each side. Multi-position hand grips and independent arms can be used for bilateral or unilateral movements. Relocation of the treadmill is easy with the heavy-duty transportation wheels and lift bar.
