The Froggy™ has a maximum user weight limit of 450 pounds, and it is designed to accommodate users with a height range of 5" to 6'7" inches. The patented design of The Froggy™ ensures users of different heights can use the machine comfortably.
The Froggy™ has a built-in resistance of 35 pounds, and you can increase the resistance up to 215 pounds by adding additional 2-inch Olympic weights (weights not included) and resistance bands. The Froggy™ is compatible with weight plates that have a 2-inch hole size.
