The True Fitness SD1004 Ab / Back is designed with overhead grips and a rolling back pad, which pre-stretches the abdominals and creates a traditional crunch exercise.
Unlike other ab/back machines there is no need to exit the machine to change exercises. Premium quality powdered coated frame, and also features a high gloss secondary top coat. Your clients will appreciate the thick leather grain vinyl with contrasting double top stitching, as well as the fully enclosed weight stacks (Optional heavy weight stacks available). The SD1004 also features stability feet for weight stacks, that also feature bolt down points that help prevent tipping. The superior biomechanics of the SD1004 also means the Ab/Back is designed so that minimal adjustments provides ease of use. And, super duty commercial use construction means the SD1004 can stand up to the rugged demands of commercial gyms and studios.
