The Wright ELITE Curl Bar is used during specific exercises to help strengthen and tone the bicep and triceps.  Athletes like this specialty bar because the unique bend of the bar helps work the muscle to its fullest potential while at the same time decreasing the risk of injury in the wrist and hand.  The athlete can find numerous different grips on the bar to allow narrow focus on working the muscle.  We put this bar in many gyms from large colleges to home gyms.  The ELITE Curl Bar is a NO bolt design. It is a snap ring design.
