Training plates, also known as technique plates, are essentially a light weight version of bumper plates to allow the athlete to focus on their weight lifting technique.
Plain old rubber bumper plates can't take a beating and survive. Small loads are usually impossible to find in the proper diameter to fit on a standard barbell. Technique Plates can take all the dropping you can dish out.

Orders under 150lbs total weight will be shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Orders over 150lbs total weight will be shipped freight (SMW will not ship freight outside the continental US)
