Dips Press: professional triceps machine with guided dips
The Dips Press is a professional isotonic machine designed for the targeted development of the triceps brachii, with the synergistic involvement of the pectoralis major and anterior deltoid. The kinematics of the Dips Press reproduce the gesture of the parallel bars in a guided and controlled way, maintaining a physiological trajectory that optimizes elbow extension work and reduces joint stress. The possibility of performing the movement in mono or bilateral mode allows you to improve neuromuscular control, correct any asymmetries and increase the intensity of the muscle stimulus. The adjustable set-up allows precise adaptation to different anthropometries, ensuring correct alignment of shoulders, elbows and wrists throughout the joint excursion. The tension along the load curve favors an effective stimulus in a hypertrophic and strengthening key, making the machine ideal both for bodybuilding programs and for athletic preparation and functional reconditioning.
