Dorsy Bar: complete back training machine
Dorsy Bar is a specific isotonic machine for complete back training, designed according to advanced principles of applied biomechanics. Thanks to the guided trajectory and the correct resistance curve, it allows a synergistic activation of the entire posterior muscle chain, affecting the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, trapezius, posterior deltoid and spinal erectors. The technical configuration guarantees effective work on the thickness, width and density of the back.

- Large non-slip platforms inclined at 9°, designed to ensure maximum stability and anchorage during execution, even in the presence of high loads.

Different grips that allow you to vary the angle of traction and modulate the focus on the different muscle groups of the back:
- With the prone or semi-prone grip, the emphasis is mainly on the middle trapezius, upper trapezius, posterior deltoid and rhomboids, improving the thickness of the back and contributing to a three-dimensional look of the back.
- With neutral grip, the focus shifts more to the latissimus dorsi and middle and lower trapezius; with the movement shifting to the sagittal plane, the action of the biceps brachii is favoured, allowing the use of greater loads.
