Hip thrust
The Hip Thrust allows you to effectively train the main glutes bundles. The machine design allows you to correctly perform the main movement of hip extension safely. The presence of a tilting back guarantees a solid support base that support the user throughout the ROM. The wide footrest ensures stability and safety. It is also possible to apply a height adjustable platform (OPTIONAL) to modify the joint ROM. The adjustment of the gas-assisted push roller does not hinder the entry to the machine in the resting position.
