The Master Gluteus Plus is a machine that allows you to train all the muscles of the lower limbs with involvement of the Great Gluteus. The ability to flex the knee and to extend the hip, guarantees constant muscle stimuli to the quadriceps and hamstrings. The station has a worktop that can be set on three different angles ensuring vary training stimuli for a uniform and complete muscle development. The double padding for limb support and elbows rest, together with the double handle, ensures the perfect alignment of the trunk with the leg of thrust, making safe movement throughout the excursion of the technical gesture.
