The Lat Pulldown Circular is a machine whose exclusive design of the levers with circular trajectory, offers the ability to train all the muscles that give width (V-Shape) to the back as the Great Round and the high and transverse portion of the Great Dorsal. Other muscles involved in the movement are trapezius, rhomboid, and biceps. The independent levers allow you to train in a mono and bilateral way ensuring a uniform and complete muscle development. The central handle allows a stable support base for single-sided training. The seat and the knee rollers are comfortable and adjustable according to the user’s needs. The Lat Pulldown Circular also features a spring-loaded counterbalance to reduce the empty weight of the levers by offering effective exercise throughout the arc of motion (ROM).
The Lat Pulldown Circular has a movement trajectory that make it ideal for the muscles that give width to the Back (teres major and upper part of the Latissumus dorsi) It stands for:
- Seat and knee-stop rollers with gas assisted height adjustment;
- Independent levers for mono-lateral or bilateral exercise;
- CAM for natural adaptation of the load;
- Spring counterbalance to reset the empty weight of the exercise levers;
- Multiple handgrips for prone or neutral grips;
- Fixed central handle to stabilize the body during the mono-lateral exercise.
