The Pulley Row offers the opportunity to train all the main muscles of the back with particular focus on the trapezius, rhomboid, large back deltoid and great dorsal promoting the development of the thickness of the muscles involved. Other muscles that work in synergically in the movement are the brachial and brachioradial biceps. The machine then reproduces the movement of the rower. The footrest and the seat with comfortable padding offer a stable support base that allows you to reproduce the movement effectively throughout the arc of movement (ROM). The magnetic pin loading system makes the machine quiet and pleasant to use. The multi-exercise bar as standard allows the neutral grip narrow while with the accessories that can be purchased separately the users can add other types of grips that make the machine suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
